Complete site improvements and building construction for this 14.7 acre, 56 unit residential subdivision for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. The seven, single-story barrier free residential buildings and community building are the third facility for this non-profit organization. This is the second of two facilities undertaken by our firm.
