Caliper International Office Fit-Out

Caliper (www.calipercorp.com) is a talent management company that for more than a half-century has helped businesses with talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change. With thirteen global offices, this project is their headquarters location.

The project included the renovations and alterations of the entire second floor and a portion of the third floor of 500 Alexander Park a word class, award winning Class A office building located in Princeton New Jersey. The renovation consisted of approximately 13,039 square feet on the second floor and 4,729 square feet on the third floor. The work included the complete interior demolition of the existing office suites and a complete fit-out for the new state of-the-art headquarters. The project included individual offices, work spaces, as well as open offices, team meeting rooms, collaboration core spaces, a service center, kitchen and dining areas, as well as a flex space to serve as both a Board Room, as well as larger gatherings of meeting participants. The space makes use of Teknion (http://www.teknion.com/) furniture products including the Optos glass wall system featuring a rectilinear profile and minimal structure that presents a refined, seamless look through a continuous run of glass. The Optos system provides design and materials to support LEED initiatives and environmental sustainability. The project also features LED lighting and other cost effective sustainable materials and systems that provide sophisticated aesthetics.
