Freedom Village at Historic Roebling

This project is the tenth community that V.J. Scozzari & Sons, Inc has undertaken for Project Freedom, Inc. The project was a new residential community that consists of (3) Type A Apartment Buildings (24,096 SF total), (1) Type B Apartment Building (23,142 SF total), and (1) Community Building (5,100 SF).The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following trades: Sitework, landscaping, concrete foundations and slabs, gypsum cement underlayment, CMU foundation walls and stair and elevator towers, thin brick panel system, structural steel and steel pan stairs, decorative metal railings, wood framing and rough carpentry, wood trusses, composite patio decking, exterior finish carpentry, exterior FRP columns, waterproofing, building insulation, asphalt shingles, EPDM roofing, fiber cement lap siding, firestopping, joint sealers, hollow metal and wood doors and frames, door hardware, automatic door operators, aluminum entrances, vinyl windows, roof windows, louvers, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, modular tile carpet, painting, louvers and vents, division 10 specialties, residential appliances, louver blinds, residential casework, plastic laminate countertops and elevators.
