Investors Bank – North Brunswick

The work of this project included the demolition of an existing two story office building with a full and finished basement and the associated site improvements and the construction of a new 3,263 square foot prototype bank facility. The new construction included the complete site improvements required for the new facility, as well as new utilities and infrastructure. The new Bank office included remote drive thru tellers and ATM.  The building is a contemporary/traditional styled building with a cast stone and brick veneered façade with large storefront windows. The interior of the branch consists of high-end finishes including stone tile flooring, carpet, and wood base. The platform area contains wood finishes and teller line with solid surface counters. The branch includes an employee kitchen/lounge area, a coupon booth, work/processing room, as well as private offices and open space customer service representative areas, customer waiting areas, a coffee bar and other customer amenities.
