Vincent J. Scozzari, Jr.

Vince Scozzari embodies the company’s core values: deep industry expertise, dedication to the client’s goals, and a long-running connection to the community. As vice president of the firm, he is involved in each project, providing expertise and oversight, and interacting directly to address a variety of issues.

In addition to his LEED Accredited Professional certification, Vince brings a broad range of construction knowledge and insight to each project, based on more than three decades of experience in the industry.

“Clear communication and great listening are the key skills we rely on to understand our clients’ expectations and deliver construction services that exceed them. Another key is our early involvement in a client’s project, which not only helps us better understand expectations, but also allows the project team to solidify and begin exchanging ideas. Combined with our decades of experience, the process allows us to provide valuable insight to control costs, adhere to timelines, avoid costly pitfalls and incorporate constructability into each project.”
