Description: The project includes the conversion of existing unfinished “warehouse” type space into state-of-the-art gallery and event space. With a simplicity of design that is accentuated by a picturesque view of the sculpture park and the large-scale sculptures indoors that lend a sophisticated museum ambience. The work includes the complete finishing of approximately 12,000 square feet of space for exhibits and special events. Including new façade treatments, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, a new commercial kitchen and finishes. The design and construction also includes acoustical engineering measures, treatments and enhancements to facilitate the optimal use of the gallery for a wide variety of events. |
