Three floor consists of 130,135 square foot Manufacturing Area, 8,653 square foot Office Space & 117,045 square foot mezzanine.

Project: New Facility & Addition Location: Princeton, New Jersey Owner: Eden Institute Project #: 08-024 Work in Progress: Pre-Construction Scheduled Completion Date: 3rd Qtr 2010	Description: Site improvements, building renovations and alterations to existing 12,311 SF child care center, also construction of new 24,837 square foot two story school that provides education, experience in life skills and job training.

Project: Carter House Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey Owner: The Lawrenceville School Project #: 08-011 Work in Progress: Construction Scheduled Completion Date: 2nd Qtr 2010	Description: Construction of a new student dormitory (house) for III & IV form female students. The 20,774sf house will accommodate Housemaster Apartments, common rooms, standard recreation, and study areas as well as rooms and bathrooms. The building's design and material selections will seek to compliment the existing historic and recently constructed buildings on the federally registered historic campus.
