Description:     This project consists of the site improvements and construction of 20 town homes on East State Street one of the poorest sections of Trenton. The design of the town homes was donated by Michael Graves and modular construction techniques will be used build the homes. These homes will be sold for $25,000 each with a 12 year interest free mortgage to participants in BCHT. Funding will be supplied by the Martin House Foundation, the City of Trenton, Mercer County, and the State of New Jersey.

Description:     Construction of a new student dormitory (house) for III & IV form female students. The 20,774sf house will accommodate Housemaster Apartments, common rooms, standard recreation, and study areas as well as rooms and bathrooms. The building's design and material selections will seek to compliment the existing historic and recently constructed buildings on the federally registered historic campus.

Description:     This projects consists of the site improvements associated with the renovations, alterations and additions to a retirement community for Priests of the Diocese of Trenton. The project is located on the Campus of Morris Hall/St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center and will consist of adding 17 new units in a two story addition as well as modifications to the existing facility, commercial kitchen and other support areas.

Description:     This project is a complete exterior façade renovation to the existing campus maintenance building. The façade will be a partial board and batten, stucco, stone veneer with a new cedar trellis element on two sides of the existing building. A portion of the building will receive new A-frame roofs to replace flat roofs.

Description:     This is Phase I of a three phase 22,000 sf renovation project consisting of renovations to the second floor Assisted Living Comprehensive Personal Care Center, as well as alterations to the existing 2-story lobby area. Renovations include the installation of an hour fire rated ceiling assembly on the existing wood truss roof system. New, surface mounted, switched lighting will be installed as well as new finish material on all surfaces. All existing bathrooms with be updated including fully accessible showers and new marble saddles at the doors. The lobby area renovations include the demolition of the existing cage area and the installation of a new egress stair with direct access to the building's exterior.
