Project: New Facility Location: Burlington, New Jersey Owner: K Johnson Enterprises, LLC Project #: 06-076 Pre-Con Work in Progress: 6/26/07 Scheduled Completion Date: TBD	Description: Project includes the redevelopment of an industrial site: consisting of a 72,000 square foot sports/health club, a 26,000 square foot enclosed athletic field, a 30,000 square foot office building, a 79,500 square foot office building and a bank pad site.

Project: Building C Location: Newtown, Pennsylvania Owner: Community Association Realty Project #: 07-039 Work in Progress: 8/13/08 Scheduled Completion Date: 2nd Qtr 2010	Description: Construction of a new 27,900 square foot two-story Office Building in the Cricklewood Office Park.

	Better Community Housing of New Jersey, Inc.
Project: Better Community Housing Location: Trenton, NJ Owner: Better Community Housing of Trenton, Inc. Project #: 09-018 Work in Progress: 4/2010 Scheduled Completion Date: 3rd Qtr 2010	Description: This project consists of the site improvements and construction of 20 town homes on East State Street one of the poorest sections of Trenton. The design of the town homes was donated by Michael Graves and modular construction techniques will be used build the homes. These homes will be sold for $25,000 each with a 12 year interest free mortgage to participants in BCHT. Funding will be supplied by the Martin House Foundation, the City of Trenton, Mercer County, and the State of New Jersey.

Eden Institute
Project: New Facility & Addition Location: Princeton, New Jersey Owner: Eden Institute Project #: 08-024 Work in Progress: Pre-Construction Scheduled Completion Date: TBD	Description: Site improvements, building renovations and alterations to existing 12,311 SF child care center, also construction of new 24,837 square foot two story school that provides education, experience in life skills and job training.

Project: Phase II Location: Robbinsville, New Jersey Owner: Roma Bank Project #: 08-043 Work in Progress: Pre-Construction Scheduled Completion Date: TBD	Description: The assignment for this project consists of obtaining all required municipal, county, state, and regulatory authority approvals as well as the design and construction of the site improvements and a 30,000 square foot two story medical/office/retail building. This project is the Phase II development of site.

	Carter House
Project: Carter House Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey Owner: The Lawrenceville School Project #: 08-011 Work in Progress: Construction Scheduled Completion Date: 2nd Qtr 2010	Description: Construction of a new student dormitory (house) for III & IV form female students. The 20,774sf house will accommodate Housemaster Apartments, common rooms, standard recreation, and study areas as well as rooms and bathrooms. The building's design and material selections will seek to compliment the existing historic and recently constructed buildings on the federally registered historic campus.

Project: Villa Vianney Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey Owner: Diocese of Trenton Project #: 09-016 Work in Progress: Construction Scheduled Completion Date: 2nd Qtr 2011	Description: This projects consists of the site improvements associated with the renovations, alterations and additions to a retirement community for Priests of the Diocese of Trenton. The project is located on the Campus of Morris Hall/St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center and will consist of adding 17 new units in a two story addition as well as modifications to the existing facility, commercial kitchen and other support areas.

Project: Stanworth Apartments Renovations Location: Princeton, New Jersey Owner: Princeton University Project #: 10-023 Work in Progress: Construction Scheduled Completion Date: TBD	Description: This project is an interior renovation and complete electric upgrade of a 11,730 square foot post graduate student apartment building.

Project: Exterior Facade Renovation Location: Princeton, New Jersey Owner: Tenacre Foundation Project #: 10-016 Work in Progress: Scheduled Completion Date: 3rd Qtr 2010	Description: This project is a complete exterior façade renovation to the existing campus maintenance building. The façade will be a partial board and batten, stucco, stone veneer with a new cedar trellis element on two sides of the existing building. A portion of the building will receive new A-frame roofs to replace flat roofs.

Project: St. Mary's Hall Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey Owner: Morris Hall/St. Lawrence Rehabilitation, Inc. Project #: 10-018 Work in Progress: Scheduled Completion Date: 2nd Qtr 2011	Description: This is Phase I of a three phase 22,000 sf renovation project consisting of renovations to the second floor Assisted Living Comprehensive Personal Care Center, as well as alterations to the existing 2-story lobby area. Renovations include the installation of an hour fire rated ceiling assembly on the existing wood truss roof system. New, surface mounted, switched lighting will be installed as well as new finish material on all surfaces. All existing bathrooms with be updated including fully accessible showers and new marble saddles at the doors. The lobby area renovations include the demolition of the existing cage area and the installation of a new egress stair with direct access to the building's exterior.
