Renovations and alterations of an existing garage into a 3600 square foot restaurant. This project includes the site improvements aid building renovations, alterations and additions to accommodate the Princeton area's newest fine dining restaurant. The building renovations include a complete selective demolition of all building systems and finishes with just the remaining structure. The alterations and new finishes include a full service custom commercial kitchen, multiple dining rooms, a private dining area, a chef's table area and a bar. The finishes include custom millwork, natural stone and metals, channel glass, sustainable products and materials.
