Work on this project consisted of obtaining all required municipal, county, state, and regulatory authority approvals as well as the design and construction of the site improvements and a 15,998 square foot two story office building and bank branch. This project includes the development of a 3 acre site requiring private well and septic facilities. The building will include a 3,000 square foot bank branch for Roma Bank with three drive-thru teller bays as well as 12,000 square feet of office space
