Providing Preconstruction, Construction and Project Management services for a new 35,000 SF Faith Development Center. This project consisted of a new structure being built immediately adjacent to the existing church. A Gallery of Light both separates and joins the sanctuary and Faith Development Center. The building includes a partial basement which will accommodate a commercial warming kitchen, a reception area and currently houses the mechanical services. The upper two floors of the Faith Development Center accommodate all of the various programs and ministries including meeting rooms, classrooms, art room, chorus practice areas, a hospitality/reception area, media center and administrative offices for the pastoral staff.
