The non-descript, 23,177 square foot, one-story brick cafeteria was transformed over one summer to a contemporary multi-stationed eatery. The project included a relocated entry, a new lobby which provided direct access to the college store, the main dining area and the theme diner. The open plan of the main dining area allowed for the creation of spaces with different character, as well as providing views of the campus through new windows and glass doors.

General Construction

Interior Alterations of 7,300 SF student center located on the second floor. The center is to accommodate functions associated with student recruitment by major corporations.

Construction Management

This project included the renovations and alterations of the 6,550 SF Café on the first floor of the Student Center. Construction commenced at the conclusion of the school year and was completed prior to the commencement of school in September. The work included the complete demolition of existing servery, dining area and utilities.
