Construction Management and Construction of a new 130,000 SF facility for the manufacturing, assembly and offices of McLean Engineering/Zero Corporation. The company is a major supplier of air cooling technology for the electronics industry. The facility was constructed using structural steel and precast concrete load bearing exterior wall panels. The floor of the facility was installed with a laser screed to ensure compliance with the Ff/Fl numbers required for the fabrication and warehousing needs of the client. The project also included all site improvements to the 14 acre site.
