This was Phase II of an overall corporate office and conference center project. The work at this project included an addition and complete renovation of a historic stone Bucks County Farm house for use as a corporate guesthouse. The work included an addition to the existing structure, excavating a deeper basement under the structure and raising the roof line of the structure. The completed guesthouse includes high-end luxury finishes and amenities. Also, a three car garage was constructed with materials and finishes to compliment the Bucks County environment.

Construction of a new 23,800 square foot high-end class A office building & associated site improvements. This two story office building in Bucks County features a full standing seam copper roof, Marvin Magnum Commercial windows, Argalite stone & brick veneer. The interior lobby consists of natural cherry wainscoting, trim, doors along with granite flooring.
