Phase I consisted of a new 44,000 SF fabrication, light assembly and warehouse facility for a leading provider of quality built animal caging and related animal care products to the world wide biomedical research community. This state of the art manufacturing facility houses automated fabricating and precision welding equipment.

Phase II was the construction a 40,000 SF addition to the 44,000 SF Phase I structure. This phase of the project also included raising the floor elevation by +/- 6' over the entire 40,000 SF area. Modifications to the existing storm water system, waste water treatment facility as well as additional site improvements were required.
